Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business, and ask you respect my scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me as soon as possible.
*Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee amounting to 50% of your total service.
*A No-Show will require a No-Show fee of 100% of your total service, and is due immediately, with no exceptions.
When you miss an appointment, not only do I lose your business, but the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
